We are pleased to invite you to a series of exclusive workshops, in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO), on Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI).

These sessions are designed to provide practical tools and strategic insights to integrate DEI principles into your company’s policies and practices.

Through a series of four interactive sessions, you will discover:

  • The foundations of DEI: understanding the international and national frameworks, as well as the strategic impact for your company.

  • Promising practices in Qatar: concrete examples of DEI implementation in key sectors.

  • Integration into company policy: developing an action plan and managing change for successful implementation.

  • Selling DEI to leadership: how to convince decision-makers of the importance of DEI for the company.

  • Session 3 Tuesday, May 20: Practical Workshop: How to Integrate DEI Principles into Your Company’s Policies
  • Session 4 Tuesday, May 27: How to Present DEI to Leadership
