CFO Club: Let's talk about taxes!
On Thursday, October 24, the CFO Club met to discuss tax issues
The theme of the CFO Club focused on taxes.
On October 24, 2024, around thirty executives and financial directors gathered for the last session of the CFO Club, organized by the CCI France Qatar at the Pullman.
This session, titled “Let’s talk about taxes,” explored current tax challenges, with a focus on managing the tax and legal complexities that businesses in Qatar face.
Joseph Zeitoun, Senior Manager of Tax Services at Forvis Mazars, presented Qatar’s tax systems, while providing a roadmap for optimal management of these systems.
Anthony Feghali, Senior Associate at Boustany Law Offices, continued with an in-depth session on Tax Litigation in Qatar.
After a morning full of presentations and discussions, participants continued their discussions over breakfast. CCI France Qatar remains committed to supporting its members on an ongoing basis, and this session of the CFO Club is a good illustration of this.
