Elections 2025: candidates

In accordance with the bylaws approved by the General Meeting of March 16, 2025, the Board of Directors is composed of a minimum of 8 members and a maximum of 12 members.

Christophe Billiottet - ADGS

Having been in Qatar since 2012 and a member of the CCI France Qatar since 2018, I am convinced that my experience and knowledge could significantly contribute to the Chamber's initiatives, particularly by fostering innovation and strategic collaborations between France and Qatar.

I am eager to support the Chamber's mission and help strengthen its role as a key player in the regional economic landscape. I also have sufficient time to devote to this mission.

Natalie Yacoubian - BNP PARIBAS

Dear Chamber of Commerce Members,

With 26 years of international experience in investment & corporate banking, I have the privilege of representing BNPParibas in Doha as CEO since 2022 and being a CCE member servicing cross-border outreach & fostering strategic partnerships for France.

I would be honoured to put my international experience, open-mindset & global network to support the French chambers impact & promote the needs & success of our French companies & CCI members.

Anthony Edouard Feghali - BOUSTANY LAW OFFICES

I am Anthony E. Feghali, a French-Lebanese lawyer and senior associate at Boustany Law Offices (BLO), an active member of the CCIFQ (French Chamber of Commerce and Industry). Founded in 1897, BLO has been a pioneer in the globalization of the legal profession, particularly in the EMENA region, for over 125 years.

BLO currently has offices in Paris, Beirut, Brussels, and Doha. We are also a registered partner of Business France.

With extensive experience advising multinationals (particularly French companies) at BLO, I look forward to bringing my legal expertise and international perspective to the board of directors of CCI France Qatar and its future projects.

Myriam Bellid - EUROPCAR

I have been with QIG Marine Services for six years, overseeing the operations of five business units within the QIG Group's transportation and logistics division.

I had the privilege of serving on the CCIFQ Board of Directors for nearly six years and look forward to continuing to contribute to the organization's growth and increasing its impact. I am committed to supporting our Chamber's community, fostering collaboration, and promoting strategic initiatives that will strengthen its influence within Qatar's business ecosystem.

Mickaël Yagoubi - MINEUR BECOURT

As Executive Manager of Mineur Becourt Middle East LLC and currently pursuing an MBA at IAE Paris Sorbonne & IFG Executive Education, I’m applying to join the Board of Directors to support SMEs and mid-cap companies.

My goal is to create a dedicated SME/mid-cap club to foster experience-sharing through managerial codevelopment workshops. I bring to the CCI my commitment, energy, and a strong belief in collective intelligence, fully dedicated to business leaders and stronger Franco-Qatari relations.

Xavier Robert - SOCIETE GENERALE

I have been a banker at Societe Generale for 35 years. Most of my career has been dedicated to structured financing in international markets (major contract financing, project financing, etc.).

I opened Societe Generale's representative office in Qatar in March 2021 and have been its manager ever since. I will be happy to contribute my experience, my knowledge of Qatar, and, more simply, my support to the CCIFQ, in the best interests of its members and, more broadly, French interests.

Gregory Mauduit - SPIE

I have lived in the Middle East for ten years, where I gained diverse experience in Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia. I was a member of the CCIFQ Board of Directors from 2018 to 2020.

It was a pleasure working with and supporting the French business community in Qatar. The CCIFQ is opening a new chapter with exciting challenges ahead, and I would be delighted to participate in this new adventure with the other members of the Board of Directors.

Edouard Thevenin - TECHNIP ENERGIES

I was appointed Country Manager of Technip Energies Qatar and General Manager of the Doha Operations Center in January 2024.

Previously, I held the position of Vice President of Business Development and Sales for Qatar for five years, notably in charge of NFE and NFS projects.

My career began in 2004 at Technip Energies, where I hold various positions in the Processes, Operations, Proposals, and Sales departments, in France, India, and Qatar.

I am currently Vice President of the Energy Committee of the CCIFQ (French Chamber of Commerce and Industry). I aim to continue supporting the French community in Qatar and to strengthen and develop new opportunities between France and Qatar.

Sébastien Cano - TOTALENERGIES

I am currently the Chief Financial Officer of TotalEnergies in Qatar since 2022.

I have 20 years of professional experience in finance, acquired through various assignments around the world in multicultural environments, that allowed me to develop solid skills in management, project management, and team leadership.

I'd like to actively contribute to the development of the CCl in Qatar, by promoting exchanges between France and Qatar, supporting French companies and developing business network.

I am committed to work for the collective interest to ensure the stability and sustainability of the institution.

Mohamed Bribi - VULCAIN

For the past four years, I have served as a branch manager in Qatar while actively engaging in
French Business Council Qatar events throughout the year.

With over 12 years of experience in sales, business management, recruitment, and HR, I am dedicated to fostering business
relationships and supporting the French business community.

As a board member, my goal is to contribute strategically, strengthen collaboration, and drive initiatives that benefit members and promote business growth.
